Started with 4 racks and a rented hall

Iron Point opened in 2016 with 60 members; today 1,150 lift at our Edappally floor.

Why we built Iron Point

Why we built Iron Point

Founder Rahul Menon, a state-level powerlifter, was tired of Kochi gyms that treated strength training as an afterthought. In 2016 he rented a 1,800 sq ft hall, bought 4 racks secondhand, and coached 60 members himself. We still run on the same rule: if a piece of equipment doesn't help someone get stronger, it doesn't go on the floor.
